Job Description

American Lawyer Top 100 Firm voted in 2008 as one of the top IP practice groups in the U.S. is well placed to take advantage of the upsurge in IP litigation.  Our client seeks an Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following practice areas:

 

 Copyright, trade secret, trademark,  internet and unfair competition litigation.

 

 Background preferred: undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science or biological sciences; experience in patent.  litigation

 

 Membership in patent bar or experience in patent litigation.

 

Job Requirements

Our client has stated that a competitive candidate will have stellar academic credentials (JD-Top 30 law school/3.4+ GPA) and experience with a highly regarded law firm.
